Nirjara facilitates conscious consumption of fashion and style by handcrafting and curating textiles that speak of a bygone century, reviving old fashion and style with a modern sensibility.

The label embraces the rich artisanal heritage of Mughal India through its offerings. The nizams and the Persians enamored the world with their own unparalleled craftsmanship. The intention is to mould that into timeless design through modern techniques and fluid silhouettes.

Please review our Returns & Exchange policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Canvas & Weaves, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

1. A) We do not allow returns or exchanges for the following brands: Chola, Rajiramniq, Akaaro, Shades of India, Studio Medium, Suparna Som, Nirjara, Indian Summer Story, Marche, Maison Shefali, Paulmi & Harsh, Moborr, Juanita, Myoho, Mac Duggal
2. B) Products explicitly marked as “NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE" in the product description.
3. C) Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. D) Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. E) Items purchased using credit notes or gift vouchers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@canvasandweaves.com. We reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable return requests.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
• The buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping. 

REFUNDS

Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our products undergo thorough quality checks. Variations in colour, texture, or weave are inherent to handcrafted items and should not be considered defects. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase.

REFUND

After approving your qualifying return, Canvas & Weaves will credit your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
