For Mandeep Nagi, the love of Indian textiles was inborn, taking pleasure in admiring her mother’s saris, to stitching her own clothes, textiles were an integral part of her life and upbringing. For David Housego, it began with a tryst with tribal rugs in Iran, an admiration for the geometric patterns and craftsmanship. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

2. B) Products explicitly marked as “NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE" in the product description.
3. C) Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
4. D) Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. E) Items purchased using credit notes or gift vouchers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@canvasandweaves.com. We reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable return requests.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
• The buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping. 

REFUNDS

Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUND

After approving your qualifying return, Canvas & Weaves will credit your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution, for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account.
