Please review our Returns & Exchange policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Canvas & Weaves, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

A) We do not allow returns or exchanges for the following brands: Chola, Rajiramniq, Akaaro,  Shades of India, Studio Medium, Suparna Som, Nirjara, Indian Summer Story, Marche, Maison Shefali,  Paulmi & Harsh, Moborr, Juanita, Myoho, Mac Duggal.

B) Products explicitly marked as “NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE" in the product description.

C) Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

D) Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

E) Items purchased using credit notes or gift vouchers.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at hello@canvasandweaves.com within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@canvasandweaves.com. We reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable return requests.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • The buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping. 

REFUNDS

Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRODUCT QUALITY & HANDCRAFTED NATURE

Our products undergo thorough quality checks. Variations in colour, texture, or weave are inherent to handcrafted items and should not be considered defects. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchase.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders, any applicable customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.
