NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
- A) We do not allow returns or exchanges for the following brands: Chola, Rajiramniq, Akaaro, Shades of India, Studio Medium, Suparna Som, Nirjara, Indian Summer Story, Marche, Maison Shefali, Paulmi & Harsh, Moborr.
- B) Products explicitly marked as “NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE" in the product description.
- C) Sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- D) Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- E) Items purchased using credit notes or gift vouchers.

- The buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping.
REFUNDS
Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUND
