However, since the garments are made using natural processes like natural dyes and handwoven fabrics, it may lead to irregularities, highlighting the uniqueness of each piece. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at hello@canvasandweaves.com within 24 hours of delivery. Eligible items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
- The buyer must arrange and pay for return shipping.
REFUND
Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
